Kosovo – A Case Study

In this project in West part of Kosovo, with respect to the whole profile of the territory, the attention of the study was driven by the role and relative position of heritage and the natural resources for the reinforcement of a new further cohesive way of growth of a country and community driven in the very recent history by wars and destructions.  An essential novelty in this project is the use of a new theoretical and computational approach that combine statistical variables that have not something in common, with the effort of let emerging from the regional context all the synergies (latent, evident, underestimated) between the complex system of tangible and intangible heritages, levering the positive effects of crossover and spill over driven policies.
