Earthquakes

Semeion  has worked on the determination of Neural Network models for earthquake forecasting starting from their geo-localization and magnitude.

Semeion has collaborated with the Italian National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) on a study in the field of earthquake forecasting, the results of which have been published in the Bulletin of Theoretical and Applied Geophysics.

This study has benefited from funding provided by the Italian Presidenza del Consiglio
dei Ministri – Dipartimento della Protezione Civile (DPC), project S3-2012.
